Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years experience in restaurant leadership
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work long shifts and stand for extended periods
  • capability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • dependable and motivated work ethic

Job Duties

  • Lead front-of-house operations on opening, mid, or closing shifts
  • oversee back-of-house operations to ensure prep levels, food safety, and quality standards are consistently met
  • supervise, coach, and develop FOH staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service
  • ensure restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, safety, and pace meet company standards
  • handle guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • manage staffing levels, scheduling, and departmental goals
  • maintain smooth operations while solving any problems or emergencies that arise
