Job Requirements

- 2-5 years experience in restaurant leadership

- ability to work long shifts and stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Lead front-of-house operations on opening, mid, or closing shifts
- oversee back-of-house operations to ensure prep levels, food safety, and quality standards are consistently met
- supervise, coach, and develop FOH staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- ensure restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, safety, and pace meet company standards
- handle guest concerns quickly and professionally
- manage staffing levels, scheduling, and departmental goals
- maintain smooth operations while solving any problems or emergencies that arise
