Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Willingness to commute up to 25-30 miles
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Able to work approximately a 50-hour work week
- Authorized to work in the USA
- 18 years of age or older
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager fast casual and/or full-service high-volume restaurants preferred
- Have car and valid driver's license in good standing
- Able to work approximately a 50-hour work week rotating shifts including days, night, weekends and holidays
- Can commute up to 25-30 miles each way to/from work location
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivation
- Independence, initiative and desire to achieve
- Genuine passion for teamwork
- Ability to provide guests with a friendly atmosphere to relax and enjoy a great dining experience
- Engages, connects and builds relationships with guests and staff
- Creative ability to work with the community and build sales

Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of daily restaurant business such as delivering a high-quality menu and motivating staff to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals ensuring efficient operation and high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
- Create a friendly atmosphere for guests to meet friends, celebrate special occasions or complete work projects while enjoying a meal in a bakery-cafe
- Invest in and develop cafe teams to execute flawless service and create memorable experiences
