Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager in fast casual or full-service, high-volume restaurants preferred
- Have a car and valid drivers license in good standing
- Able to work approximately a 50-hour work week, rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Can commute up to 25-30 miles each way to and from work location
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivation
- Independence, initiative and desire to achieve
- Genuine passion for teamwork
- Ability to provide guests with a friendly atmosphere to relax and enjoy a great dining experience
- Ability to engage, connect and build relationships with guests and staff
- Creative ability to work with the community and build sales
- 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the USA

Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of daily restaurant business such as delivering a high-quality menu and motivating staff to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals, ensuring efficient restaurant operation as well as maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
- Create a friendly atmosphere for guests to meet, celebrate special occasions or complete work projects while enjoying a meal in a bakery-cafe
- Invest in and develop cafe teams to help them execute flawless service and create memorable experiences
