Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Restaurant Manager in fast casual or full-service, high-volume restaurants preferred
- have car and valid drivers license in good standing
- able to work approximately a 50-hour work week with rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- can commute up to 25-30 miles each way to/from work location
- 18 years of age
- authorized to work in the USA

Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of daily restaurant business such as delivering a high-quality menu and motivating staff to provide excellent guest service
- maintain restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals
- ensure efficient restaurant operation while maintaining high production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards
- create a friendly atmosphere for guests to meet friends, celebrate occasions or work while enjoying a meal
- invest in and develop cafe teams to help them execute flawless service and create memorable experiences
