Job Requirements

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ability to lead, coach and develop a team
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
  • must demonstrate a "Run it Like you Own It" mentality

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years restaurant management experience
  • excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred
  • Serve Safe Food Certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding leadership to your team
  • ensure prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines
  • supervise up to 60 staff members to achieve established objectives
  • maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and food quality
  • resolve guest complaints promptly and to satisfaction
  • manage inventory levels and adjust par levels as needed
  • schedule employees to meet sales demands effectively
  • enforce safety and security programs according to policy and government standards
  • promote restaurant organization, cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with health regulations
  • perform routine maintenance and communicate repair needs
  • maintain communication with other managers through logs and meetings
  • recruit and develop management candidates
  • provide training, coaching and performance feedback to employees
  • manage staffing levels using competency-based selection
  • work with Human Resources for staffing and disciplinary actions
  • control costs by managing Profit and Loss statements
  • operate within company guidelines and ethical business practices
  • complete all other assigned duties
