Job Requirements
- At least 3 years restaurant management experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or hotel/restaurant management preferred
- Serve Safe Food Certification a plus
- Must have the run it like you own it mentality
- Ability to supervise up to 60 staff members
- Ability to handle fast-paced and demanding environment
- Mobility required during the entire shift
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Standing for extended periods
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provides outstanding leadership to the team
- Inspire, coach, and counsel employees
- Maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management
- Supervise up to 60 staff members ensuring a top-quality service experience
- Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels and control costs
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and prioritize guest contact
- Oversee employee scheduling and maintain effective safety and security programs
