Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years restaurant management experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or hotel/restaurant management preferred
  • Serve Safe Food Certification a plus
  • Must have the run it like you own it mentality
  • Ability to supervise up to 60 staff members
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Mobility required during the entire shift
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
  • Standing for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provides outstanding leadership to the team
  • Inspire, coach, and counsel employees
  • Maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management
  • Supervise up to 60 staff members ensuring a top-quality service experience
  • Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels and control costs
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and prioritize guest contact
  • Oversee employee scheduling and maintain effective safety and security programs
