Job Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of bartending experience
- Availability for 20-30 hours per week
- Ability to work Tuesday through Friday lunches and evenings
- Ability to work weekends including breakfast, lunch, and evening shifts
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Flexible availability for shifts including weekends and evenings
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with club members
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately
- Stock and replenish bar supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the food and beverage team to enhance member experience
