Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year of bartending experience
  • Ability to work 20-30 hours per week
  • Availability Tuesday through Sunday including lunch, evenings, and weekends
  • Positive and outgoing personality
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic
  • Must be able to work in person at the club
  • Compliance with club policies and standards
  • Legal age to serve alcohol

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of bartending experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Customer service orientation
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings

Job Duties

  • Serve beverages to members and guests with professionalism and friendliness
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Prepare and mix drinks according to standard recipes and member preferences
  • Handle cash and electronic payments accurately
  • Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service contributing to a positive dining experience
