Job Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of bartending experience
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week
- Availability Tuesday through Sunday including lunch, evenings, and weekends
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Self-starter with strong work ethic
- Must be able to work in person at the club
- Compliance with club policies and standards
- Legal age to serve alcohol
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of bartending experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Customer service orientation
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
Job Duties
- Serve beverages to members and guests with professionalism and friendliness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Prepare and mix drinks according to standard recipes and member preferences
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service contributing to a positive dining experience
