Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three to five years related experience or nine months structured on the job training
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds regularly and seek assistance for heavier lifting
- Regular, predictable full-time attendance required
- Ability to work all scheduled hours
- Ability to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- Willingness to operate manual or powered pallet jack and specialized lift equipment
Job Qualifications

- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of tasks in panning confectionery products as assigned by the supervisor
- Load and unload coating pans
- Accurately measure and add flavors and colors to panning syrups according to written instructions
- Produce intermediate flavor blends and other specific products as directed
- Gather, mix, and package materials involved in confectionery production
- Calculate, compile, and report production volumes as assigned
- Operate manual or powered pallet jacks and specialized lift equipment
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work area
