We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations at Palm Court and Monkey Bar, prestigious dining and social venues located within a renowned hotel in Boca Raton. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • Experience working in high-end hotel or resort environments
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring physical effort
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace and passing background checks

  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and standards

  • Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Effective communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, and discipline restaurant staff
  • Organize and conduct pre-shift and department meetings
  • Schedule and direct staff in work assignments
  • Maximize restaurant profitability by controlling food, beverage, and labor costs
  • Maintain par stock levels and manage inventory effectively
  • Develop and implement cost savings and profit enhancement measures
  • Use computer systems for billing, reporting, and correspondence
  • Monitor food quality and service standards throughout premises
  • Collaborate with the CDC to ensure food quality meets standards
  • Provide guidance and implement corrective actions for service consistency
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction and address complaints
  • Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and sanitation standards
  • Develop and market new menus in line with customer demand
  • Promote cross-selling of other hotel outlets and services
