Job Requirements
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Previous full-service restaurant experience preferred
- Experience using POS systems
- Barista and food-handling experience required, hospitality and fine dining preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee, tea and smoothies
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties
- Ensure that side work responsibilities and assignments are carried out in accordance to food and beverage standard operating procedures
- Ensure that all products and services are offered by ensuring that an attendant is at Palm Court at all times
- Arrive to work on time, dressed in full uniform and wearing name tag
- Anticipate and serve guest requirements before requests are necessary
- Provide for guests a comfortable, warm atmosphere by consistently delivering the highest quality products and services through thorough product knowledge by friendly, smiling and caring employees
- Maintain supplies necessary for the team to provide the best service possible
- Maintain a neat and organized station and work area
- Complete the opening and closing side work as assigned
- Advise manager of any complaints so they can be rectified immediately
- Work as part of a multi-unit team displayed through cooperation, flexibility and attitude
- Ensure that the floors are swept or vacuumed and free of dirt and debris
