Job Requirements

- previous food and beverage experience preferred

Job Duties
- Submit guest menu selections and present food and beverage preferences
- gain menu knowledge and provide recommendations
- engage in casual conversation with guests to create the Palm Court experience
- perform general outlet preparation and maintain a sanitary environment
- ensure side work responsibilities and assignments are carried out according to F and B standard operating procedures
- maintain supplies necessary for best service
- maintain a neat and organized station and work area
- complete opening and closing side work as assigned
- advise manager of any complaints for immediate resolution
- work cooperatively as part of a multi-unit team
- ensure floors are swept or vacuumed and free of dirt and debris
