- previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties
- ensure that side work responsibilities and assignments are carried out in accordance to F&B standard operating procedures
- ensure that all products and services are offered by ensuring that an attendant is at Palm Court at all times
- arrive to work on time, dressed in full uniform and wearing name tag
- anticipate and serve guest requirements before requests are necessary
- provide for guests a comfortable, warm atmosphere by consistently delivering the highest quality products and services through thorough product knowledge by friendly, smiling and caring employees
- maintain supplies necessary for the team to provide the best service possible
- maintain a neat and organized station, and work area
