Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old and taps certified for bartenders and wet side concessions
- Must be at least 18 years old for security personnel, prep cooks, and dishwashers
- Must be at least 16 years old for concessions and catering staff
- Ability to sing and harmonize for Palace Player position
- Reliable, out-going and a team player
- Availability to work events from mid-May to mid-September
- Flexible scheduling and ability to work part time or full time
- Pass auditions for Palace Player role
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age 21 for bartenders and wet side concessions with taps certification
- Minimum age 18 for security personnel, prep cooks, and dishwashers
- Minimum age 16 for concessions and catering service staff
- Ability to sing and perform for Palace Player role
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in food and beverage service preferred
Job Duties
- Serve drinks and manage wet side concessions
- ensure security and safety at events
- operate concession stands and assist customers
- prepare food as a prep cook
- wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- provide catering service support
- perform as Palace Player including singing, harmonizing, and assisting with stage setup and guest management
