Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in industrial coatings or painting helpful but not mandatory
- Ability to operate power and hand tools
- Capability to use personal protective equipment including half face respirator and fall protection gear
- Ability to work at elevated heights
- Strong attention to detail in color matching and paint application
- Ability to follow safety protocols strictly
- Good communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications

- Experience with surface preparation and industrial coatings preferred
- Ability to operate power and hand tools
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to painting and coatings
- Ability to work at heights and use fall protection equipment
- Strong color discrimination skills

Job Duties
- Assist with industrial coatings tasks such as surface preparation, mixing, and application
- Operate power and hand tools for surface preparation
- Handle and mix industrial coatings using a half face respirator
- Operate, clean, and maintain painting equipment including sprayers, pumps, and pressure washers
- Safely handle, store, and label materials
- Work at ground-level and elevated areas using fall protection equipment and scaffolding
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and painting tools and equipment
