Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in auto body refinishing or related field preferred
- Ability to perform manual tasks requiring dexterity and attention to detail
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced repair environment
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Availability to work full-time
- Valid work authorization
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in auto body refinishing preferred
- Knowledge of automotive painting and refinishing processes
- Ability to work with various primers, coatings, and products
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to participate in ongoing industry training
Job Duties
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming for refinishing
- Apply primers, sealers, basecoats, color coats, and clear coats accurately
- Complete restoration of anti-corrosion treatments
- Identify substrates and mix products as required
- Evaluate bodywork to ensure quality paint results
- Collaborate with technicians to maintain repair standards
- Follow insurance guidelines and collision repair facility standards
