Job Requirements

  • Minimum prior experience in auto body refinishing
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including sanding and masking
  • Familiarity with automotive paints and coatings
  • Ability to adhere to safety protocols
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Surface preparation including sanding and masking
  • Apply primers, sealers, basecoats, color coats, and clear coats
  • Complete restoration of anti-corrosion treatments
  • Identify substrates and mix products accurately
  • Evaluate bodywork to ensure quality paint jobs
  • Prepare vehicles per insurance guidelines and industry standards
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure repair quality
