- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum prior experience in auto body refinishing
- Ability to perform physical tasks including sanding and masking
- Familiarity with automotive paints and coatings
- Ability to adhere to safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Surface preparation including sanding and masking
- Apply primers, sealers, basecoats, color coats, and clear coats
- Complete restoration of anti-corrosion treatments
- Identify substrates and mix products accurately
- Evaluate bodywork to ensure quality paint jobs
- Prepare vehicles per insurance guidelines and industry standards
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure repair quality
