Job Requirements
- Full-time availability including days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong acrylic painting skills and passion for art
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, music-filled, high-energy environments
- Reliable transportation
- Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Maintain a professional, quiet setup for occasional remote work with reliable internet
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in art, business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of full-time management experience
- Experience in customer-facing, group-led, or hospitality roles
- Experience teaching group art classes preferred
- Certifications in Alcohol Safety/TIPS and ServSafe Manager (training provided)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with technology such as Google Workspace and Slack
Job Duties
- Lead the studio by overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Teach and assist in painting sessions by providing guidance and inspiration to guests
- Coach, motivate, and lead the team while fostering a collaborative, energetic culture
- Prepare for private parties and special events while ensuring operational excellence
- Handle customer complaints, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Manage scheduling, approve time-off requests, and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Maintain studio appearance, track inventory, and execute effective marketing displays
- Uphold food, beverage, and safety standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
- Innovate by bringing fresh ideas to improve studio operations, guest experience, and team engagement
