Job Requirements

- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- artistic experience with acrylic paint
- strong communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field or relevant management experience
- 2+ years of full-time management experience
- applicable formal training in the arts
- prior experience in a customer-focused environment such as a bar or restaurant
- prior experience in group art teaching preferred
- vibrant personality with artistic proficiency
- strong communication skills both verbal and written
- excellent sales, customer service, supervisory, and leadership skills
- thorough understanding of products and services
- tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack
- reliable transportation with willingness to travel up to 20% monthly
- full-time availability and flexibility in schedule
- Alcohol Safety/TIPS certification (provided if needed)
- ServSafe Manager Certification (provided if needed)
Job Duties
- Guarantee the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the store
- lead and assist in painting sessions providing clear and creative instruction
- ensure all preparations for special events are completed efficiently
- oversee and participate in kitchen operations ensuring food safety and quality
- drive sales by engaging in superior customer interactions
- uphold visual standards and manage marketing collateral
- participate in weekly business performance reviews with Regional Managers
- conduct monthly individual touch bases with team members for feedback and development
- assess employee performance and conduct annual reviews
- update and maintain monthly staff schedules
- review and approve time-off requests ensuring adequate coverage
- verify team members’ timecards weekly and submit for approval
- enforce compliance with safety and alcohol service procedures
- handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
- manage inventory counts, orders, and weekly deliveries
- coordinate facility and maintenance needs by submitting tickets
- contribute ideas for studio improvements
