Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Minimum two years of painting experience, preferably acrylic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Reliable transportation with willingness to travel up to 20 percent weekly
- Tech-savvy to operate session technology
- Vibrant personality with ability to create engaging atmosphere
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with large groups
Job Qualifications
- Must have at least two years of hands-on painting experience
- Artistic proficiency in acrylic painting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience in a customer-focused environment preferred
- Experience teaching group art sessions preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant art field preferred
- Ability to engage and entertain groups effectively
- Certified or willing to obtain Alcohol Safety/TIPS and ServSafe Certifications
Job Duties
- Prepare Muse Paintbar's signature paintings according to guidelines
- Utilize provided templates to break down paintings for instruction
- Lead painting sessions with step-by-step guidance
- Prepare for sessions by organizing attendee lists, seating, and paint palettes
- Greet customers, guide them to seats, and provide aprons
- Direct customers to food and beverage options and assist with orders
- Engage with guests throughout the session for support and encouragement
- Take photos during sessions to enhance social media presence
- Assist in cleanup and studio maintenance after sessions
