Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Minimum of two years of painting experience with acrylics
- Availability for part-time work averaging 15-25 hours per week
- Ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends
- Regular evening and weekend availability
- Vibrant personality with engaging atmosphere skills
- Reliable transportation with willingness to travel up to 20 percent weekly
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, reach, move, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Agility and stamina to move safely in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with large groups and music
- Punctuality
- Customer service excellence focus
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of hands-on painting experience, acrylic painting preferred
- Prior experience in customer-focused environments
- Prior experience in group art teaching preferred
- Bachelor's degree in relevant art field preferred
- Alcohol Safety/TIPS and ServSafe certifications provided by Muse if needed
- Strong communication skills
- Artistic proficiency with acrylics
- Ability to engage and inspire others
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in session operation technology
- Understanding of Muse Paintbar's market and services
Job Duties
- Prepare Muse Paintbar's signature paintings according to guidelines
- Utilize provided templates to break down paintings for instruction
- Lead painting sessions with step-by-step guidance
- Prepare for sessions by organizing attendee lists, seating, and paint palettes
- Greet and welcome customers, providing aprons
- Direct customers to food and beverage options and attend to their needs
- Engage with guests throughout the session offering support and assistance
- Take photos during sessions for social media promotion
- Assist in session cleanup and maintenance
