Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Part-time availability averaging 15-25 hours per week
  • Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Vibrant personality with an engaging presence
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 20% weekly
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Agility to move quickly and safely in the studio
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on painting experience
  • Artistic proficiency in acrylic painting
  • Prior experience in group art teaching preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to engage and entertain guests
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant art field preferred
  • Alcohol Safety/TIPS and ServSafe certifications provided by Muse if needed

Job Duties

  • Prepare Muse Paintbar's signature paintings according to guidelines
  • Set up the approved master painting above the stage before sessions
  • Utilize provided templates to break down paintings
  • Lead painting sessions with step-by-step guidance
  • Engage and manage customers during sessions
  • Prepare attendee lists and assign group seating
  • Organize paint palettes for sessions
  • Greet customers and provide aprons
  • Direct customers to food and beverage options
  • Attend to food and beverage needs at tables and bar
  • Engage with guests throughout sessions
  • Take photos for social media
  • Assist with session cleanup and studio maintenance
