Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Part-time availability averaging 15-25 hours per week
- Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- Vibrant personality with an engaging presence
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 20% weekly
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Agility to move quickly and safely in the studio
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on painting experience
- Artistic proficiency in acrylic painting
- Prior experience in group art teaching preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to engage and entertain guests
- Prior customer service experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant art field preferred
- Alcohol Safety/TIPS and ServSafe certifications provided by Muse if needed
Job Duties
- Prepare Muse Paintbar's signature paintings according to guidelines
- Set up the approved master painting above the stage before sessions
- Utilize provided templates to break down paintings
- Lead painting sessions with step-by-step guidance
- Engage and manage customers during sessions
- Prepare attendee lists and assign group seating
- Organize paint palettes for sessions
- Greet customers and provide aprons
- Direct customers to food and beverage options
- Attend to food and beverage needs at tables and bar
- Engage with guests throughout sessions
- Take photos for social media
- Assist with session cleanup and studio maintenance
