Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- ability to stand for extended periods
- frequent bending, reaching, moving, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- agility and stamina to navigate studio safely
- flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends
- part-time availability averaging 15-25 hours per week
- reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 20% weekly
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on painting experience, acrylic painting preferred
- prior experience in a customer-focused environment
- prior experience in group art teaching preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant art field preferred
- Alcohol Safety/TIPS and ServSafe Certifications (provided if needed)
- strong communication skills
- vibrant personality with engaging teaching ability
- tech-savvy with session technology proficiency
Job Duties
- Prepare Muse Paintbar's signature paintings according to guidelines
- utilize painting templates for clear instruction
- lead painting sessions with engaging step-by-step guidance
- organize attendee seating and paint palettes
- greet and seat customers providing aprons
- direct customers to food and beverage options and assist with orders
- engage guests to provide support and encouragement
- take photos for social media promotion
- assist in session cleanup and studio maintenance
