Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Part-time availability averaging 15-25 hours weekly
- Ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends
- Vibrant personality with an engaging presence
- Reliable transportation with willingness to travel up to 20 percent weekly
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Ability to bend, reach, move, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Agility to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with music and crowds
- Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and different shifts
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of hands-on painting experience
- Proficiency in acrylic painting
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience in a customer-focused environment
- Ability to teach group art sessions preferred
- Understanding of Muse Paintbar's market and services
- Tech-savvy and able to use session-related technology
- Alcohol Safety/TIPS and ServSafe Certifications provided or obtained
Job Duties
- Prepare Muse Paintbar's signature paintings according to guidelines
- Set up the master painting above the stage before sessions
- Utilize provided templates to break down paintings
- Lead painting sessions with step-by-step guidance
- Manage session time efficiently
- Print attendee lists and assign group seating
- Organize paint palettes for sessions
- Greet customers and provide aprons
- Direct customers to food and beverage options via QR menu
- Attend to food and beverage needs at bar and tableside
- Engage with guests and assist with orders
- Take photos for social media during sessions
- Assist with cleanup and studio maintenance after sessions
