Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in public health, social sciences, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of administrative or program coordination experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and across time zones
- Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
- Demonstrated cultural competence working with Pacific Island and Native Hawaiian communities
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public health, social sciences, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in administrative or program coordination roles
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
- Demonstrated cultural competence working with Pacific Island and Native Hawaiian communities
- Experience in health education or HIV prevention/care programs preferred
- Familiarity with UCSF administrative systems such as BearBuy, MyExpense, UC Path preferred
- Experience with evaluation data systems such as CHAMP preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate planning, scheduling, and logistics for virtual and in-person trainings, conferences, and regional meetings
- Provide administrative and operational support to Regional Associate Director and local trainers
- Maintain accurate program calendars and event timelines aligned with grant deliverables
- Develop and maintain participant engagement and training data tracking systems
- Coordinate technical logistics for online and hybrid events
- Support on-site trainings and conferences including venue coordination and travel arrangements
- Assist in developing and disseminating training materials and communications
- Support website and social media content updates
- Assist with data collection, management, and analysis
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports summarizing program activities and outcomes
- Build and maintain relationships with regional health departments and community organizations
- Coordinate cross-site communications among Pacific Island partners
- Participate in PAETC network meetings and collaborative projects
- Provide flexible support for additional PAETC initiatives
- Contribute to quality improvement and team development efforts
