Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years of age

  • ability to perform tasks involving bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and balancing

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • clean, sanitize, and service assigned public areas including lobby, casino, elevators, public restrooms, and other public spaces
  • perform floor care including sweeping, mopping, sealing, waxing, and polishing tile, marble, and brass
  • clean and shampoo carpets and vacuum hallways and offices
  • clean ashtrays and remove trash from designated areas and dispose of accordingly
  • adhere to cleaning procedures and use cleaning agents according to instructions
  • service and maintain all assigned public areas
  • attend daily meetings at the start of each shift
  • provide exceptional, courteous, and friendly service to guests and fellow members
  • contact the manager on duty for any guest-related complaints
  • maintain supplies in a neat and orderly manner
  • maintain full knowledge of company and departmental rules and regulations
  • promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service
  • perform additional duties as assigned or modified
