Job Duties
- clean, sanitize, and service assigned public areas including lobby, casino, elevators, public restrooms, and other public spaces
- perform floor care including sweeping, mopping, sealing, waxing, and polishing tile, marble, and brass
- clean and shampoo carpets and vacuum hallways and offices
- clean ashtrays and remove trash from designated areas and dispose of accordingly
- adhere to cleaning procedures and use cleaning agents according to instructions
- service and maintain all assigned public areas
- attend daily meetings at the start of each shift
- provide exceptional, courteous, and friendly service to guests and fellow members
- contact the manager on duty for any guest-related complaints
- maintain supplies in a neat and orderly manner
- maintain full knowledge of company and departmental rules and regulations
- promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service
- perform additional duties as assigned or modified
