Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 35 pounds overhead
- Must be able to walk or stand for prolonged periods, up to 12 hours per day
- Capacity to work night shift according to a 2-2-3 schedule
- Must adhere to safety and food safety protocols
- Ability to perform repetitive hand motions
- Basic reading and writing skills

Job Duties
- Ensuring personal and co-worker safety is paramount
- Visually inspecting products to identify non-conformities
- Packing quality products into boxes following customer specifications
- Placing non-conforming products into scrap bins immediately upon discovery
- Reading traveler instructions and verifying label accuracy
- Preparing packaging according to traveler instructions
- Performing repetitive hand motions
- Communicating quality-related questions to needed personnel
- Maintaining clean and organized workstations
- Completing necessary paperwork accurately
- Packing lids or containers from assigned machines
- Knowing and obtaining daily necessary supplies
- Reporting safety concerns to Group Leader
- Adhering to food safety and regulatory responsibilities
- Notifying management of food safety issues
- Resolving food safety issues within scope of work
- Making boxes as needed
