Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and GMP standards
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot packaging machinery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work first shift hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of food safety, GMPs, and quality compliance
- Ability to train, coach, and develop team members
- Technical knowledge of packaging machinery and line operations
- Effective communication skills across teams and shifts
- Flexibility and initiative to step in wherever needed
Job Duties
- Lead and support your team by training, guiding, and jumping in to help when needed
- Serve as the go-to for machine troubleshooting, changeovers, and line productivity
- Ensure your team meets key metrics for safety, quality, and labor efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspaces-upholding GMP and BRC standards
- Communicate across shifts to ensure smooth transitions and minimize downtime
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and daily line paperwork
- Run each machine on the line as needed and train others to do the same
- Raise recurring issues to leadership and advocate for solutions
