Job Requirements
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in varying temperature conditions including heat and cold
- dependable and flexible with work hours
- must be able to stand for long periods
- gloves and work boots are recommended but not mandatory
- legal authorization to work in the united states
- available to work at kentwood, mi location
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous warehouse or package handling experience is a plus
- ability to remain active and on feet throughout shifts
- strong communication skills
- ability to work well within a team environment
- basic knowledge of safety standards in warehouse environments
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- be safe and prioritize safety at all times
- unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes
- load delivery trucks efficiently and accurately
- collaborate and be a team player to ensure smooth operations
- maintain organization and cleanliness of work area
- comply with company policies and procedures
- handle packages carefully to minimize damage
