Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently

- Comfortable using package locker systems is a plus
- Comfortable with system communication tools
- Ability to lift packages (up to 50 lbs) and walk the property as needed
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management a plus
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Job Duties
- Oversee and maintain the apartment community's package locker system
- Organize packages to ensure a clean and orderly package room
- Remove stale or unclaimed packages per policy and assist with returns if necessary
- Notify residents of package arrivals via call, text, or email
- Deliver packages directly to residents' doors and/or inside their apartment upon request
- Assist delivery drivers and carriers with proper locker usage when needed
- Follow community procedures for handling oversized or special delivery items
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a courteous, professional demeanor
- Report any system malfunctions or package issues to the appropriate team
