Kraft Heinz in Cedar Rapids is a prominent facility within the food service industry, specializing in the production of frozen soups and macaroni and cheese under over 50 well-known household brands in the United States. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
- ability to adhere to strict attendance policies
- physical capability to lift 50 lbs overhead
- ability to work overnight shift from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am
- ability to work in hot and cold temperature extremes
- ability to follow safety protocols and food safety regulations
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts as required

Job Duties
- adhere to a strict attendance policy
- pack soup
- load cases into Wexxar machine
- verify bag and case print accuracy
- operate Icontech packaging equipment
- perform GFS tasks including inners, taping, and stickering
- load totes into tote dumper
- complete all required documentation and IQS entries
- verify product quality including date codes, weight distribution, seal integrity, and label accuracy
- follow all required safety work practices including the use of PPE and JSA
- perform other duties as assigned
