Job Description
Kraft Heinz in Cedar Rapids, located at 4601 C Street SW, Cedar Rapids, IA, is a prominent food production facility specializing in frozen soups and macaroni & cheese products. This facility operates on a three-shift schedule and is a non-union plant employing approximately 200 hourly staff members, including both temporary and full-time associates. With advanced production capabilities such as 4 bag soup lines, 1 tub line, 18 kettles, 5 filling lines, and 4 packaging lines, Kraft Heinz Cedar Rapids plays a critical role in the manufacture of more than 50 well-known household food brands across the United States.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food production or packaging preferred
- Ability to work first shift from 6:30am to 3:00pm
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and handle physical demands including working in hot and cold temperature extremes
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Ability to complete required documentation accurately
- Good organizational and communication skills

- Responsible for Q-RMP standards implementation as defined by the accountability list document
- Must follow all safety protocols and perform job responsibilities safely
Job Duties
- Pack soup
- Load cases into Wexxar
- Verify bag and case print
- Operate Icontech
- Perform GFS tasks including inners, taping, and stickering
- Load totes into tote dumper
- Complete all required documentation and IQS entries
- Verify product quality, date codes, weight distribution, seal integrity, label verification, and case quality
- Follow all required safe work practices including PPE and JSA
- Perform other duties as assigned
