Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food production or manufacturing preferred
- ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
- ability to work in hot and cold temperature extremes
- flexible to work multiple positions
- adherence to strict attendance policy
- willingness to follow safety protocols
- strong communication skills
- ability to perform detailed quality checks
- ability to work a 1st shift schedule from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm

Job Duties
- Ability to adhere to a strict attendance policy
- pack soup
- load cases into Wexxar
- verify bag and case print
- operate Icontech
- GFS (inners, taping, stickering)
- load totes into tote dumper
- complete all required documentation / IQS entries
- quality assurance (verify product quality, date codes, weight distribution, seal integrity, label verification, case quality)
- follow all required safe work practices (PPE, JSA)
- perform other duties as assigned
