The Cedar Rapids facility, a key part of Kraft Heinz's production network, specializes in food service products, particularly frozen soups and macaroni and cheese. This facility operates with a dedicated team of approximately 200 hourly employees in a three-shift, non-union environment, combining both temporary and full-time associates. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs overhead
- Ability to work first shift hours from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Must be able to follow safety protocols and wear PPE
- Ability to work in extremes of hot and cold temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to quality and safety standards

Job Duties
- Pack soup
- Load cases into Wexxar
- Verify bag and case print
- Operate Icontech
- Perform GFS (inners, taping, stickering)
- Load totes into tote dumper
- Complete all required documentation and IQS entries
- Verify product quality, date codes, weight distribution, seal integrity, label verification, and case quality
- Follow all required safe work practices including PPE and JSA
- Perform other duties as assigned
