Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
- Availability to work 2nd shift hours Monday through Friday
- Willingness to adhere to strict attendance policies
- Ability to follow safety and quality standards consistently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to work in temperature extremes
- Must comply with all food safety policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Adhere to a strict attendance policy
- Pack soup products accurately
- Load cases into Wexxar machinery
- Verify bag and case print for accuracy
- Operate Icontech packaging equipment
- Perform GFS tasks including inners, taping, and stickering
- Load totes into tote dumper
- Complete all required documentation and IQS entries
- Verify product quality including date codes, weight distribution, seal integrity, and labels
- Follow all required safety protocols including PPE and JSA
- Perform other duties as assigned
