Job Duties
- Must be courteous and gracious maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow colleagues and other departments within the hotel
- offer guests an enjoyable experience that conforms to the companys standards of excellence professionalism and friendliness
- demonstrate understanding and knowledge of the sequence of service following this sequence for every guest
- possess knowledge of the POS system to correctly and strategically coordinate with team members
- ensure that food and beverages are delivered to the table in a timely manner
- clear mark and take ownership of table maintenance and clean and reset tables
- assist with any clean up set up and break down of the dining room
- complete assigned side work
- assist coworkers in any task necessary to ensure a great environment for guests and coworkers
- maintain an increased awareness of safety issues throughout the hotel
- participate in scheduled departmental and administrative meetings as requested
