Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time

Job Duties

  • Prepare and shuck fresh oysters with speed and precision
  • Engage with guests to provide an exceptional and memorable seafood experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the oyster bar and workspace
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Handle kitchen tools such as knives and slicers safely and efficiently
  • Assist with stocking and inventory as needed
