Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
basic knowledge of oyster shucking is a plus but not required
strong work ethic
flexibility to work various shifts
ability to follow instructions
reliability and punctuality

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

shuck oysters
clean up around the restaurant
set up the oyster display to look nice
wait on customers and provide excellent service
maintain cleanliness and organization
assist in other restaurant duties as needed
participate in training sessions to improve skills
