Job Requirements
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evening weekends and holidays
- reliable and consistent attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- previous culinary experience preferred
- food handler’s license and liquor server permits as required by state law or ability to obtain
- hospitality or hotel work experience preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food for buffet service ensuring setup quality and consistency meet Oxford standards
- prepare hors d'oeuvres for afternoon reception maintaining freshness and presentation
- assist with menu preparation contributing ideas and ensuring proper execution
- maintain food presentation and temperature control ensuring an appealing and safe dining experience
- prepare and provide food for banquet functions ensuring quality presentation and service standards
- clean and maintain kitchen and dining area including dishwashing and sanitizing food-contact surfaces
- assist with food and supply orders receiving and properly storing shipments
- ensure food quality meets expectations including taste texture and visual presentation
- clear and clean tables after guest use ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment
