Job Requirements

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including evening weekends and holidays
  • reliable and consistent attendance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • previous culinary experience preferred
  • food handler’s license and liquor server permits as required by state law or ability to obtain
  • hospitality or hotel work experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food for buffet service ensuring setup quality and consistency meet Oxford standards
  • prepare hors d'oeuvres for afternoon reception maintaining freshness and presentation
  • assist with menu preparation contributing ideas and ensuring proper execution
  • maintain food presentation and temperature control ensuring an appealing and safe dining experience
  • prepare and provide food for banquet functions ensuring quality presentation and service standards
  • clean and maintain kitchen and dining area including dishwashing and sanitizing food-contact surfaces
  • assist with food and supply orders receiving and properly storing shipments
  • ensure food quality meets expectations including taste texture and visual presentation
  • clear and clean tables after guest use ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment
