Job Requirements
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- regular and reliable attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality beneficial but not required
- familiarity with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office advantageous
- experience in front desk, reception, or related role is a plus
Job Duties
- Verify and post charges to guest accounts
- complete and distribute reports generated by RoomKey
- ensure timely posting of direct billings to the general ledger
- perform full system backups and assign wake-up calls
- conduct accurate month-end processing and report discrepancies
- maintain awareness of room inventory
- report guest incidents to property management
- count and manage bank transactions and report discrepancies
- run audit reports and journals
- correct system errors and handle computer problems
- balance revenue accounts and reset system for next day
- log maintenance issues and requests
- assist guests with arrivals and departures
- provide high-level customer service
- register guests and manage key control
- respond to guest inquiries and requests
- provide information about hotel amenities and local area
- maintain guest confidentiality
- handle cash and credit card transactions
- resolve guest issues using recovery methods
- promptly answer telephone and input messages
- maintain proper appearance and uniform
- complete daily activity logs
- adhere to attendance policies
- train on other shifts as needed
- participate in driver programs or other duties
