Job Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Japanese
- high school degree or diploma
- 3-5 years managerial experience in hospitality or property management
- ability to work flexible hours and travel
- proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- strong customer service and leadership skills
- ability to analyze customer needs and exceed expectations
- ability to make independent administrative decisions
- knowledge of safety procedures
- ability to manage schedules and coordinate meetings

Job Qualifications
- High school degree or diploma
- some college preferred
- real estate license preferred
- condominium or resort background preferred
- 3-5 years managerial experience in hospitality or property management
- ability to read and interpret financial reports
- proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook
- strong leadership and independent decision-making skills
- ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- excellent communication skills in English and Japanese
- ability to work flexible hours including travel

Job Duties
- Lead communication with owners, coordinate owner visits and unit use, direct condition inspections of owned units, organize and manage unit renovation projects, provide administrative support including research and reporting, plan and execute AOAO and rental committee meetings, respond to owner requests and ensure timely submission of work, analyze and address owner feedback and complaints, liaise with condominium administration and property management, participate in safety programs and joint inspections, communicate effectively in writing and verbally, manage office duties including correspondence and scheduling, assist with training and employee inquiries
