Job Requirements
- Own a CDL-A tractor trailer or CDL-B box truck
- Have at least one full year of CDL A or B truck driving experience
- Pass background check
- Pass driving test
- Complete DOT required drug and physical exams
- No DUI or DWI convictions in the past five years
- Have two qualified helpers for deliveries
- Be willing to relocate to Panama City or Destin, Florida
Job Qualifications
- Own a CDL-A tractor trailer or CDL-B box truck
- Minimum one year of truck driving experience with CDL A or B
- Experience in furniture delivery and assembly preferred
- Strong communication skills for customer interactions
- Ability to use dispatch applications for route management
- Physical ability to handle furniture delivery and setup
- Ability to maintain compliance with DOT safety and drug testing standards
Job Duties
- Deliver furniture to customers and businesses in the Panama City area
- Use dispatch app to manage routes and communicate with dispatch and company representatives
- Handle and assemble furniture and accessories as needed
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Manage local delivery operations as an independent contractor
- Maintain compliance with all safety and DOT requirements
- Coordinate with helpers during deliveries and setups
