Job Requirements
- At least 1 year verifiable carhaul experience with prior experience as an owner operator
- Truck must be 2010 model year or newer with a functional after-treatment system
- Must possess late model high capacity carhaul equipment, prefer 7-10 carhauling capacity
- Acceptable driving record
- Must be registered for the FMCSA Clearinghouse
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year verifiable carhaul experience
- Prior experience as an owner operator
- Valid and acceptable driving record
- Proper registration with FMCSA Clearinghouse
- Ability to operate and maintain late model 2010 or newer truck with a functional after-treatment system
- Possession of high capacity carhaul equipment with 7-10 car trailer preferred
Job Duties
- Operate late model high capacity carhaul trailer to transport vehicles efficiently
- Manage compliance with FMCSA regulations and maintain a valid and acceptable driving record
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route planning and minimize deadhead miles
- Perform regular vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure safety and reliability
- Utilize company fuel and maintenance discount programs to reduce operational costs
- Participate in free DOT inspections and maintain necessary documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines prescribed by United Road
