Job Requirements
- Own a qualified CDL-A tractor trailer or CDL-B box truck
- Possess verifiable CDL A or CDL B license with at least one year of experience
- Pass background check
- Pass DOT required drug and physical tests
- Clear driving test
- No DUI or DWI in the last five years
- Provide two qualified helpers for deliveries
- Relocate to Savannah, GA with assistance bonus
Job Qualifications
- Must have verifiable CDL A or CDL B commercial driving experience
- Ownership of a CDL-A tractor trailer or CDL-B box truck required
- At least one year of truck driving experience
- Ability to safely operate a truck and comply with relevant safety regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with furniture delivery and assembly beneficial
- Ability to manage own schedule and business as an independent contractor
Job Duties
- Deliver furniture to customers daily in the Savannah area
- Use dispatch app to receive orders and communicate effectively with company representatives
- Handle loading, unloading, product assembly, and customer service during deliveries
- Manage scheduling and routing to optimize delivery times
- Ensure safe operation of truck and compliance with all DOT regulations
- Maintain clean and functional condition of the truck
- Coordinate with helpers for efficient delivery and setup
