- Willingness to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan capable of running the company's mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and use mobile technology effectively
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Avoid heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or dumping
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of routes
- Wear provided safety gear such as gloves and vests
- Report any issues or irregularities encountered during service
