Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation in the form of a personal open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle capable of hauling a trailer
- Smartphone with active data plan
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Ability to communicate in English
- Physical fitness for walking, lifting, and climbing stairs
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Minimum age of 18 years
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with employee listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs frequently during a shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience using a smartphone and data plan to operate company mobile app
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps using own truck or trailer
- Transport collected bags to on-site trash compactor
- Use company mobile app to log arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property extensively and climb stairs
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain regular communication with the team via mobile app
- Follow safety procedures and wear provided protective gear
