- At least 18 years old
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- smartphone with data plan
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to walk long distances and climb stairs
- comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- reliable transportation including an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- smartphone with a data plan to use the company’s mobile app
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs
- able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- good communication and customer service skills
- experience using mobile apps or technology preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- use our companys mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non-compliance photos
- walk the property climbing stairs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- ensure cleanliness and maintain a welcoming environment at apartment communities
- follow safety protocols and wear provided gloves vests and gear
- report any issues or concerns during service to management
- provide excellent customer service by being courteous and professional
