- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos using the company mobile app
- Walk the property and climb stairs as necessary
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of assigned apartment community areas
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Follow safety protocols and use provided protective gear
