Job Requirements
- 2-4 years bartending experience
- 1-2 years leadership or management experience
- expert knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
- experience with POS and inventory systems and basic accounting
- valid driver's license
- must be 21 or older
- Food Handlers and TIPS/SIPS certification within 30 days
- must pass DABS background check and fingerprinting
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Support bar operations, inventory, and cost control to maintain profitability
- participate in cocktail development, vendor meetings, and alcohol training
- order and receive supplies
- manage inventories and P.O.S. programming
- ensure compliance with DABS laws, alcohol permits, and safety standards
- monitor nightly dispensing logs and conduct quarterly alcohol audits
- maintain floor presence
- ensure service standards and guest satisfaction
- hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff
- maintain payroll accuracy
- work with manager on developing wine lists, price lists, and specialty drink lists
- ensure menus, signage, and uniforms are current and professional
- support recycling and sustainability programs
- manage musician payments, weekly scheduling, and event postings
