Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to handle all equipment pans pots and navigate shelving both high and low
- Reading writing and basic math skills required
- Verbal communication skills are necessary
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must be able to lift and maintain 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Maintain strict cleanliness standards in the back-of-house including deep cleaning of equipment floors walls and surfaces
- Manage time and organize tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure the nightly truck delivery is put away correctly in a timely fashion maintaining organization
- Perform detailed nightly cleaning procedures including filter clean-outs and sanitation of fryer equipment
- Safely handle and dispose of waste and used oil in accordance with company and local regulations
- Scrub and maintain kitchen floors using approved cleaning tools and solutions
- Troubleshoot and report any equipment or operational issues that arise during the shift
- Follow detailed checklists to ensure all assigned tasks are completed thoroughly and on time
- Collaborate with leadership to address any concerns and ensure high operational readiness for the morning shift
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
- Uphold Chick-fil-A's high standards of safety cleanliness and professionalism at all times
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed eg filet chicken wrap brownies bake wrap cookies
